is Blu-Ray? |

Blu-ray,
also known as Blu-ray Disc (BD) is the name of a next-generation
optical disc format. The format was developed to enable recording,
rewriting and playback of high-definition video (HD), as well as
storing large amounts of data. The format offers more than five
times the storage capacity of traditional DVDs and can hold up to
25GB on a single-layer disc and 50GB on a dual-layer disc. |

How
many hours of stereo audio & HD video will fit onto a disc? |
|
We can
record up to 9 hours onto one Blu-Ray disc .
However,
Each tape that you send in would go onto it's own disc. If you
send in three tapes, you would get back the original tapes plus 3
Blu-Ray disc's. |

Will
Blu-Ray be backwardly compatible with DVD's? |
|
Yes,
the Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA) expects every Blu-ray Disc
device to be backward compatible with DVDs. |

What is the
audio & video quality of the transfers? |
|
The quality of the
recordings is really based on your original material. If your original is a VHS or 8mm
tape, then you will get VHS or 8mm quality. If your original is from a
HD, HI-8, S-VHS or Mini
DV, you will get very high resolution video & digital quality
sound. Usually the Disc's image will be slightly better then the original. |

Can
I put more than 1 tape onto a disc? |
|
No.
For the best possible quality, we cannot combine (edit together) 2 or more tapes. Each video tape that you send in would go onto it's own
DVD disc. If you
send in two tapes, you would get back the original tapes plus 2
DVD disc's. Total cost = $49.90 + S/H |

What
if I have several tapes that I want transferred to a disc? |
|
No
problem. If you don't want us to do custom printing on your disks,
then just fill out one order form for all of your tapes. We will
package the new disc with your original tape so you know what disk
goes to which tape. Then you can write onto the disk whatever you
want as far as program name, etc. If you need us to custom print
the disks, then you need to affix an order form to each tape so we
know what you want printed on the disks. |

How
much will the shipping charges be if I send in more then one tape
to be transferred to Blu-Ray? |
|
If
you send in between 2-5 tapes for transfer to Blu-Ray, the total
shipping charge is $9.85. For 6-24 tapes, the shipping is $16.50 |

Does
the Disc created by you play on a Blu-Ray player? |
|
Yes, the Disc will
play on all Blu-Ray players. |
|
|
After
I get the disc, can I edit the material on my computer? |
|
Yes,
providing that you have compatible hardware and software. |
|
|
If
I use my computer to view the disc, will it play "Full
Screen"? |
|
Yes,
it will play just like any movie disc. |
|
|
Does the price include
labels or printing on the Disc? |
|
Custom printing is
included on every disc. You can choose from many Graphics,
Company Logos and Full
Color Backgrounds. You can also use your own
artwork and we'll custom print it directly onto the disc. Click

How
should I ship my master tape(s) to you for transfer? |
|
Tapes should be placed
in a small box or padded shipper along with our Video
to Blu-Ray Transfer Order Form. |

Are
sleeves included in the price? |
|
Yes.

How
long does it take to get to get the job done? |
|
Once
we receive your tape(s), the order is processed and
shipped within 24 hours. |

What

you make a DVD from a foreign (PAL or SECAM) video tape? |

Yes. We can
transfer video tapes from any country,
(PAL,
PAL-M, PAL-N, SECAM. ME-SECAM),
but your original must first be converted to the American (NTSC)
system . You must include a Foreign Tape
Conversion Transfer Form and a Video
to Blu-Ray Transfer Form
with your order. |

How
should I fill out the order form? |
|
Neatly print or type. A
signature is required on all orders. |

What

If
I already have a Blu-Ray disc, can you make copies of it? |
|
Yes. We make make
duplicates of any Disc as long as it does not have copy protection

What
happens if I get a defective Disc? |
|
All
copies are guaranteed against defects for 30 days. If you are not
absolutely pleased with your order we will be happy to make an
exchange or refund (less original S&H). Simply return the item
to us within 30 days via registered Parcel Post, Federal Express or
