Tapes should be placed
in a padded shipper or corrugated box along with your Duplication
Order Form. |

do you send the copies back to me? |
|
Once
your order is processed and ready for shipping, we e-mail you a
FedEx tracking number. This will enable you to know exactly where
your order is at all times. |

Are boxes included in
the price? |
|
Yes. White cardboard
boxes come with each tape ordered. |
|

Are other boxes
available? |
|
Yes. We carry a
full line of video boxes in our On-Line Store. |

|
Can you transfer VHS,
S-VHS or 8MM tapes to Mini DV? |

Yes. Just add the cost
of a blank Sony PR Mini DV tape. |

Can you also transfer my
video tapes to DVD's? |

Yes,

How long does it take to
get my tapes back? |

Once
we receive your tape(s), they will be processed and
shipped within 24. |

Do labels come with each
copy? |
|
Yes. Custom Printed Labels are included free of
charge. We supply 2 labels. One goes on the spine of the tape and
the other is applied to the side of the cardboard sleeve. |

Can you make copies from
a tape that was recorded at the slow speed? |
|
Yes, however the faster
the speed, the better the quality. |
|

How can I get my
original material copyrighted? |
|

info on taking the right steps in order obtain and enforce a "Copyright". |

What forms of payment do
you accept? |
|
We accept checks, credit
cards and money orders on duplication & conversion orders. A minimum of 50% must be
sent in with order. The balance will be due at time of delivery. A COD fee of $5.00 (in
addition to normal shipping charges) will be added per shipping carton. To avoid COD
fee's, send full payment with order. COD shipments will be delivered by UPS or Federal
Express and will require cash, certified check or money order. (Packages returned
to us marked unclaimed or refused will be held for 30
days). |

What happens if I get a
defective tape. |
|
All
copies are guaranteed against defects for 30 days. If you are not
absolutely pleased with your order we will be happy to make an
exchange or refund (less original S&H). Simply return the item
to us within 30 days via registered Parcel Post, Federal Express or UPS. For

How should I fill out
the order form? |
|
Neatly print or type. A
signature is required on all orders. |
|

Do
you ship worldwide? |
|
At the present
time we only process orders from within the United States. Any
orders received from outside the U.S. will be refused and returned
to the sender. This is mainly because of high shipping rates and
the fact that it is hard for us to guarantee delivery and the quality
of orders shipped to
other countries. |

Can
you transfer or copy adult material? |
|
Yes, but ONLY if
it used for research or educational purposes. |
