What type of
DVD do I
get back? |

You will receive
a DVD-R in the NTSC, Region #1, (American) format. This will
work in almost all of the DVD players in the U.S. |

I
had a disk transferred and when
I play it on my DVD player, it either plays for a few minutes
and then the screen turns blue, or it doesn't play at all,
why? |

This happens when your DVD player is not 100% DVD-R
compatible. Check with your instruction manual
to make sure that your machine will play DVD-R disks. |

If
I buy a movie disc from another country or from E-Bay, can you
transfer it to a DVD that can be watched in the
United States? |
|
Yes, however
we do this only so you can watch it in your own home and that it
will NOT be used for duplication or distribution. We will NOT
transfer or duplicate any disc's for illegal purposes. |

If
my original has various languages, which one will be on the
new disk that you transfer? |
|
Whatever the
default language is, that is the one we use for the transfer.
If the disk offers multiple languages, the menu system must be
in English and you will have to ask for it on the order form
on the line: "Remarks and special instructions". |

If
my original disc has menus and/or additional features, will
these be transferred to the new
disc? |
|
No, only the
main program/movie of the disc will be transferred.
When you place the disc in your DVD player, just press
"Play" on your machine or remote control and the
program will begin. |

Is
custom disc printing included? |
|
No, custom
printing is not available on transferred disc's. This is
mainly due to the fact that we do not want to contribute to
illegally obtained disc's being transferred or duplicated. The
disc you receive will be white
on the top and can be easily customized by you with a pen or
your own label. |

How should I ship my
original disc to you? |
|
Disc's should be placed in a padded
shipper or small box. |
|
|
How long does it take to
get my disc's back? |
|
Once we receive
your disc(s), they will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. |

Are
sleeves
included in the price? |
|
Yes. White
sleeves come
with
each DVD conversion. |

How should I fill out
the order form? |
|
Neatly print or type. A signature is
required on all orders. |

What forms of payment do
you accept? |

We accept checks,
all major credit cards and money
orders on duplication & conversion orders. |

What happens if I get a
defective disc? |
|
All
transfers are guaranteed against defects for 30 days. If you
are not absolutely pleased with your order we will be happy to
make an exchange or refund (less original S&H). Simply
return the item to us within 30 days via registered
Parcel Post, Federal Express or UPS. For more information, see

Do
you ship worldwide? |
|
At the
present time we only process orders from within the United
States. Any orders received from outside the U.S. will be
refused and returned to the sender. This is mainly because of
high shipping rates and the fact that it is hard for us to
guarantee delivery and the quality of orders shipped to other
countries. |

Can
you transfer or copy adult material? |
|
Yes, but
ONLY if it used for research or educational purposes. |

If you or your clients view
DVD's that are
from outside of the United States, you must first convert
the disc to the American television standard (NTSC).
There are 3
main television standards in use throughout the world. The system used in America &
Canada is called "NTSC". Western Europe and Australia use a system called "PAL", and Eastern Europe
and France use "SECAM". Without standards conversion, it is impossible to view a
disc that is recorded in a foreign country without first converting
it.
